When do I get paid?
Approved invoices are released on a fixed 7-day clock. The builder approves the invoice, and 7 days later the payment moves from the project account direct to your bank. No 30-day wait sitting on the builder's books, no chasing, the schedule is the schedule.
Do I need to chase the builder?
You can see the status of every invoice. Submitted, under review, approved, paid. If the builder hasn't actioned it, you can see that too. The chasing problem stops being yours.
What if the builder rejects an invoice?
The rejection comes with a reason and any evidence. You can dispute it inside the platform. For formal disputes, your state has a Security of Payment process. Talk to a lawyer if it gets there. We don't give legal advice.
